Nydashia McClain Rocky Mount: 20-year-old killed in late-night hit-and-run on North Wesleyan Boulevard as community reels

Rocky Mount Nydashia McClain, a 20-year-old woman, lost her life in a hit-and-run crash late Monday night on North Wesleyan Boulevard.
