Hesperia, Calif. Christophe Acosta Pichinte was taken into custody after a tense early morning confrontation on Greenwood Street that began with a strange presence inside a residential garage. The incident unfolded around 5:27 a.m. on June 2, 2026, drawing a swift response from Victor Valley Station deputies after reports of a person lying in the roadway.
