McMinnville Cherokee Drive turned into a scene of shock and grief after two people were found dead inside a quiet home on Monday afternoon. The victims were identified as Manda Perkins, 46, and Clarence Hudson, 54.
Police say officers were called to the residence on April 20, 2026, around 4:20 p.m. for a welfare check. What was expected to be a routine visit quickly turned into a heartbreaking discovery inside the home.
When officers entered the house, they found both Perkins and Hudson dead from apparent gunshot wounds. The scene was immediately secured as investigators moved in to begin gathering evidence.
