Franklin County, Missouri Crash Kills Raymond Gullet in Late-Night UTV Collision

Franklin County, Missouri turned tragic late Saturday night when 49-year-old Raymond Gullet lost his life in a head-on crash involving a utility task vehicle and a pickup truck.
