Fair Haven Township — Tina Timmers, 56, of the St. Augusta community, lost her life in a violent two-vehicle crash on Sunday evening in Stearns County.
The crash happened near the intersection of County Road 7 and County Road 44 at about 7:20 p.m. on April 12. Authorities say a Ford Expedition entered the intersection and collided with a northbound Dodge Ram.

The impact was severe enough to force the SUV to roll. Tina Timmers, who was riding as a passenger in the Ford Expedition, suffered fatal injuries in the crash.
Emergency responders arrived quickly and tried life-saving measures at the scene. Despite their efforts, she was pronounced dead at the location of the crash.
